💳 What is required to start a project?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and begin work. The remaining balance is due as agreed before final files or website handover.

📞 Is a discovery call necessary?

For larger projects, yes!

 

A discovery call is required for all website design, logo suites and brand package projects. This ensures we align on goals, strategy, and expectations before any design work begins.

 

A discovery call is not required for social media graphics.

🎨 How many revisions are included?

All projects include 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost.
Revisions are for refining the agreed concept - not for entirely new design directions.

Additional revisions can be added for an extra fee of £10.

🔁 Can I restart my design if I change my mind?

Because of the time and work involved, refunds are not offered.

However, if you’d like to restart your design from scratch, this can be done for an additional restart fee, which will be quoted based on the project.

⏸️ What happens if I don’t respond?

If there is no response for 7 days, your project will be paused.

Work will resume once communication continues. Extended inactivity may affect timelines and availability unless discussed in advance.

There will be a restart fee to pick up your project where we left off - this will be the same amount as your initial deposit.

🗂️ How will we manage the overall project and share feedback?

All projects are managed through Notion. This is where we'll:

• Track progress

• View Quotes/Invoices

• Leave feedback

• Review timelines and deliverables

💬 How will we communicate during the project?

During active projects, communication is handled via Notion or Instagram DMs for quick and easy contact.

Notion remains the main place for feedback, approvals, and updates.

⚡ Do you offer express services?

Yes! An Express Design Option is available for an additional £45.

What’s included:

• 48-hour turnaround

• 1 revision within 24 hours

Express availability is limited and must be confirmed before booking.

🕒 What are your working hours?

Projects are worked on during standard business hours.
Response times are typically within 2-3 working days for new enquiries.

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday 5pm-10pm

Friday 5pm-8pm

National and Bank Holidays will be offline, also.

📦 When will I receive my final files or website?

Final files or website access will be delivered once the full balance is paid and final approval has been given.
